Is it a bobcat or a posi-track?Both are on the fleet. The 100HP posi-track runs on rubber tracks and floats over soft ground. The wheeled skid steer is the one for tight access and hard surfaces. Greg brings the right one.
Can you get into a tight backyard?Usually. The skid steer fits through a side gate width on most blocks. Send Greg a photo of the access and he will tell you straight.
Do you supply the gravel and soil?Greg can arrange local materials as part of the job and knows which quarries and suppliers suit the work. Or you supply it and he spreads it.
