Can you build a house pad on a sloping block?Yes. The cut is benched into the slope, the fill is placed and compacted in layers, and the drainage is put in so water runs around the pad rather than under it.
Do you take the spoil away?On tight and steep blocks the single axle 4WD tipper gets spoil out where a truck cannot. For bigger volumes Greg arranges the trucks as part of the job.
Do you dig dams?The 9 tonne excavator is the machine for dams and bulk earthworks. Talk the site and the catchment through with Greg before anything is dug.
